Facilitated by Stuart Altschuler. A licensed psychotherapist, with both professional and personal experience with ADD.

This therapy group is designed to complement other ongoing treatments for ADD, i.e. individual therapy, medication, etc.
Group will provide supportive and safe atmosphere for group process, interaction and networking.

This one-day intensive experience will assist you in exploring how to connect with the desire we all have for closeness and achieve intimacy in our lives. You will identify the thoughts, feelings and blocks that keep you from total intimacy in your life.

In a safe, supportive atmosphere you will have the opportunity to share, experience structured emotional processes, guided imagery, and a Group Rebirth facilitated by trained Rebirthers. You will be offered methods for moving through your fears, enabling you to live life with more passion.

Rebirthing is a powerful, safe and gentle breathing technique which reduces stress, increases energy, and brings ease and pleasure to your life and relationships. We will introduce the Rebirthing breath and discuss creative thought, how birth effects relationships and the letting go of negativity that keeps us from feeling totally alive.

*Dates:*	Call for next scheduled event. Registration begins at 8:30 AM. Workshop begins at 9:00 AM and ends at approximately 7:00 PM. There will be an extended lunch break.

Join us for a day-long seminar exploring the thoughts and feelings we hold about ourselves and others. Discover how these thoughts and feelings may be limiting success, intimacy and joy in our lives and what we can do to change them.

We will examine issues including: how we really feel about being gay, identifying the homophobic thoughts we carry, where we got these homophobic messages, and what to do with them once they are identified. We will examine how homophobia affects men and women, straight and gay. We encourage all to attend.

Stuart has been a licensed psychotherapist in private practice for 20 years. He has extensive experience treating addiction issues as well as being a leader in the HIV and AIDS community. He was the founding Executive Director of The Los Angeles Center for Living and currently facilitates the HIV support Group, "The Hayride." He is a professional Rebirther. Stuart has facilitated seminars and workshops throughout the US, Europe and the former Soviet Union.
